A plan of reorganization describes a reorganization. A plan of liquidation describes how the estate will be liquidated. For a new entity or for a surviving entity it would have to be addressed in the Lehman modified plan. The Lehman official document says nothing about reorganization. It is not in the title either. Fact.

How can one really think that after all this time of some 6.5 years since the emergence from bankruptcy that the brightest minds on wallstreet have missed an opportunity to make million$ off the CTs? That no one of any credibility has written a case for this NOLs play that only those on a couple CTs message boards see?
