I just noticed that the Lender on the Note(s) secured by the property is Hess Millwork Limited and not Lee Brain personally.

That could be expensive. And some of the stuff (they call it "fuel", but Google Earth shows 2 giant piles of crap {petcoke?} in May of 2013 that aren't there in June of 2014 and 8 trailers in Thorold in 2015 that weren't there before) that would have to be moved has been moved once already:
