all this ceo clown has done is dilute, and when share price went to .0001 and couldn't sell notes at a discount to price, he did the reverse split that would never happen, to raise the price and allow for more discounted shares. i guess if you call $1.00 per share "some" debt, that would qualify as a true statement, me, i think that statement is financially ignorant.
as for this epic partnership, where is comcast's 8k filing or even a pr? partnering with an ott company would be considered a pretty big business decision, would it not. knowing the history of this clown, don't you ask why not even a peep from comcast? why nothing???
this has been nothing more that a share printing scam based on pr after pr, and this is just another in a loooong line.
