It was a loan, not a gift. The government received more than just compensation for making the loan:

10 percent interest. We dont owe the bank for lending us money, other than principal and interest, which has already been repaid.

Other than a loan, with interest, its a government taking of our company.
Neither sharholders, nor the board, sold any part of our company to the government. The government "took" it.
