A nineteen-year-old illegal alien was arrested in Nevada and is suspected of being a serial killer who murdered four people, three of them women.

Wilbur Ernesti Martinez-Guzman, 19, was arrested Saturday by the Carson County Sheriff’s Office, Fox News reported.

“We feel confident we have the evidence to link him to all four homicides,” Washoe County Sheriff Darin Balaam said at a Sunday news conference.
