You guy's really don't get it do you.


Before NOUV has got anything to do with the cultivation activities of PURA it was a pink shell.


So in other words it was worthless .

PURA did the spin off into NOUV;
So the did that by tagging a price on the shell and the cultivation activities.

Why the $1.2 million
reason1 it was the same price they bought if for in 2016.
Why would they sell this asset for such a low price,

Anyone an idea what a spin off means .
PURA IS IN CONTROL OF NOUV FOR THE FULL 100%

With the 1.2 million they don't need to pay taxes on gains they made by selling it.

reason 2 . so by doing this they put a price on the former shell NOUV of around $300,000 and giving the shell owners something.


We all now that the cultivation is worth way more then that 1.2 million.

The deal was 1 share NOUV for every 5 shares of PURA owned.

After a 1/400 RS.


Nothing has changed.

As long PURA shareholders aren't getting there DIVY.the whole cultivation is owned by PURA. and so NOUV is worthless

my first post of the year.

My next is going to be when you guy's see i'm right.

Do you really think by converting only 1.2 million and giving only 12% back to the PURA shareholders is also a deal.


THEV 1.2 MILLION IS SYMBOLIC ,nothing more or less.


The deal is 1share of NOUV for every 5 shares of PURA owned period.
