No public company makes promises. It has taken years for things with this company and true it should be a lot further along. But I for one am much happier with people running the company today than Dan Montano. Dan had his chance and had everything going for him. He had tens of millions of dollars at his disposal if not hundreds of millions (IPO was before I was an investor) and he wasted it all.

Calvin and the others are moving fwd. They have secured initial funding...hired New medical and scientific staff, manufacturing set up and finished goods coming, clinical trials refreshed and updated on clinicaltrials.gov. The company has spent an inordinate amount of time and resources defending itself from the guy who got us all here in the first place. A bankrupt fool.

Things we are looking forward to:

Trials starting - need finished goods delivered. Need money to pay a company to run the trial, money for investigators, trial coordinators, patient recruitment etc.

More funding - This company needs more money to be successful. 20-40 million dollars probably.

Relisting - This company needs to demonstrate it is back on track and the risks from the previous CEO is past us. It likely needs more progress on funding, product supply, and legal fronts before any bank will agree to attach their name to a relisting.

This company is trying to start again from the ashes. This in itself is incredibly more difficult than a company beginning fresh because of all the baggage. The fact that the current team has advanced on all fronts, shows that this team is succeeding. And clearly, they are smarter than Dan as they have bested him at every turn.
