Wife and I have three TVs with ROKU. One built into a TCL, and connected to cable/Xfinity, the other two are the plug-in devices on TVs with HD antennas, no cable.

So, we're debating on how ROKU tracks the number of hours people are viewing, how they're tracking what we are viewing, what they base their ad rates on, etc.

Not invested (although missed the low tide @ $29 and kicking myself), just wondering. Anyone?
