Looks like NOUV is acquiring Hemp operations

Here is what is happening if you don't understand -

NOUV 5 million revenue in Hemp is coming from acquisitions they have planned..

How do you think the Hemp revenue will suddenly GROW to 5 million out of nowhere..?

That's what the latest Filing show

I believe they are acquiring multiple Hemp operations to grow Average and revenue, hence the projected revenue is lot higher - They seem to have taken this route after Industrial Hemp Farm Bill approval, hence Brian has become the CEO, he is doing the same for PURA in CBD drink space - Acquire and grow..

NOUV is likely to acquire both Hemp and CBD extraction facility, that will be eventually used by PURA for CBD drinks - connect the dots between PURA and NOUV operations!


Hemp cultivation + CBD extraction - (NOUV will manage that)
Drinks and Edibles distribution -( PURA will manage it)

This is the same relationship I have in other CBD stocks

Mr. Shibley also reemphasized that the cultivation business acquired by NOUV is thriving and benefiting from the recent legalization of hemp farming in the U.S. under the 2018 Farm Act. NOUV plans to plant 100 acres of hemp this spring adding to its existing cultivation operations. The hemp farming is anticipated to generate up to $5 million in revenue.
