Exactly Correct. Everyone wants to believe there’s been a name change but filing an amendment to the DE SOS only changes their name in Delaware, it doesn’t change it at a federal level.

Everyone can check daily for any name/symbol/cusip change to occur by using this link to FINRA’s DAILY LIST for name and symbol changes. SPRV’s name / ticker will only change after it appears on this regulators list:

Santulan/ Strickland/Linton changed the name of SPRV at the state level only, filing an amendment to the incorporation in Delaware does not change its trading symbol. There has been a lot of speculation about this since last October, but the fact is they must 100% file for the ticker and name change with FINRA and it must be processed by FINRA in order to trade as WebToDoor.

It’s been about 2 1/2 months now since they filed their name change in Delaware. IF they filed with FINRA at the same time, it should’ve been processed by now. Unless of course, FINRA had concerns or SPRV didn’t file.
