Correction, Amedica would be a shill for Centerpulse not Ceramatec. Way more Centerpulse/Zimmer personnel involved with Amedica over the years.

4 former Centerpulse Employees (1 was Chairman before passing)
1 former Zimmer consultant now CEO, chairman, CFO of Amedica/Sintx
1 co-founder of Amedica consulted for Centerpulse and Then Zimmer.
At least 4 Zimmer consulting surgeons have worked with Amedica
2 former Zimmer employees (one of which returned to Zimmer)

Compared to 2 former Ceramatec personnel (1 co-founder & former CEO & current CTO)

Ultimately it's the lack of current Ceramatec personnel at the crucial decision positions that disqualify Amedica/Sintx from being a shill or it or Coorstek.
