Heres my theory for this

If you are watching a movie, let's say mission impossible. Do you need tom cruise to say in the movie "this is mission impossible" for you to know what the movie is? Or do you simply read the title.

Same concept goes for this. POR = Plan of reorganization. Everything inside of that POR that talks about liquidation is simply to make the plan of reorganization fall through Imo.

It's like writing computer code. You title something "pong game clone" but when you read the code and never has to mention the words "pong game clone" because the code is all of the technical stuff that doesnt matter to the front end user. The only thing the front end user see's (front end user is the person playing the game) is "pong game clone, press Y to continue" and then they press Y and play the game.

The title is everything. reorganization was mentioned as much as it needed to be in the title. Everything within those documents (the code) was written to execute the POR.

This is just my opinion. If anyones is confused on anything I said feel free to let me know so I can clear up any confusion.

These are examples to help those see things from a better angle.
