A Company-authored PR does not make the claim a "FACT"! The only thing that would prove the bogus unsupported claim as "FACT" is an audited financial statement! SPRV has not posted any financial reports, let alone audited financial reports, since the quarter ending on June 30, 2016!

SPRV is now in arrears in posting 11 QUARTERS' WORTH OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS! Until these missing reports are posted, nothing the Company says can be believed!
