No, they didn't use Bernie Nicholls. Bernie is a co-founder and he was CEO of Fansfrenzy's predecessor The Clubs Choice Holding (TCCH) that tried to go public in 2012/2013 but failed when they bought an empty shell on OTC called Millenia Hope. At the time their launching partners were the L.A. Kings (yes, bernie's club), The Hamilton Bulldogs and a soccer team in Puerto Rico. It resulted in a lot of accumulated losses in TCCH that were swapped (about 22 million shares at 0.04) for Fansfrenzy shares last year. So, only losers here as the SP lost 75%. And that's why they won't give up, losses for the TCCH founders, Giuseppe Gentile, Gary Molinaro etc are in the millions, they want to earn it back. But there's still a lot of work to be done to see that happen.
