Warrants and Share Price- Ackman's analysis

I disagree. The stock was over $60 before the drop.

Warrants dilute the common stock value.

This stock could be $60 or higher if the warrants are not exercised.

Ackman has some pretty good calculations showing this if I remember correctly. Too late to recheck.
