I am not quite sure why anyone would think that holding an OTC stock long-term after a merger would be a good idea. Or why anyone would argue that point in an insulting fashion. Do stocks always go up? No sane trader thinks so. Most savvy investors/traders look at stocks like NUGS and RGLG as opportunities to make a good play, particularly with Arcaro's record of success with these mergers. In and out. Trade the trade. If you hold too long, that's on you.
