I wonder if there are any suppliers that will not get paid for a total loss that were also treated the same way when Kmart did it to them just a few years ago? Keep in mind who it was that picked this up with Kmart and canceled the Kmart shares as well as money owed to suppliers. The same guy placing the bid. Imo this is a penny stock scam. $SHLD Q
