Of course, those claims were all outright lies - Texas statutes prevent actions of that nature by municipalities and counties - there is no, and never was any possibility of Fort Stockton, or Pecos County making any direct investment in MMEX-scam.

MMEX-scam's site does not even lie within the jurisdiction, either territorial, or extra-territorial, of Fort Stockton.

So he relies on the MMEX STRONG to spread false information, outright lies, and misleading claims.

What happened to the town of Fort Stockton pitching in for the project? Looks like Jack says no to those claims. News letter denies it entirely
