Crazy talk, it a self imposed deadline.

I'm not sure why some are talking about the timing of the RS, and why management should have waited. 1 more week and they would have missed the deadline which is end of Jan/2019.

You do realize that they could have let the amendment expire and all the company had to do was hold a meeting to extend it or issues a new one.

What they did by announcing the RS the same day as the grant is KILL the momentum the grant news would have brought on its own.

What do you think would have been the closing price Friday if the grant news stood alone?

Check back and see how trading on Friday, the RS news dropped the price to 6 cents and falling.

When it was known they also got the grant the stock rebound to 9 cents.
