You are right bong, American Green spiked for a couple of days in the late summer of 2017 when the CBD stocks were all the rage. However if you invested any money, at any time, after that spike you would be losing your shirt now. Just like XCLL, American Green does not have the financial fundamentals to support a rise in stock price in its current configuration. You can make money on penny stocks but there has to exist the numbers to make the investment something much less than a crap shoot. Hoping that a stock price somehow increases for no apparent reason is probably not the best financial strategy. However I do wish you good luck and all the best, I really hope that you hit it big.
