Does this make CVSI look more attractive to the institutional investors when they uplist?

Well, I'll add my 2 cents worth. I'm no expert, far from it . . . but I once read that the first thing an investor should look for is how much CASH a company has to dip into. While I'm not directly answering your question, this cash aspect is part of it. They have no debt, which was paid off this past year, and they haul in a lot of profit. That gives them a LOT of cash on the books. That should be a powerful impact on potential investors.
