I think that 175M is pretty much what that total is in my post. I checked all the insider sites and filings.

Mitchell Dean Hovendick, owner of 1,000 shares of Series A Preferred Stock, 10,000,000 shares of Series B Preferred Stock, and 75,250,000 shares of common stock.

All that totals 175M shares since the series B equal 10 to 1. The series A only carry voting rights.
