If both INNX & QNXC are going private then what would the fair amount per share be? A stock is only worth what it is backing it. It would be silly for the principles to go private at offering $1.00 per when a buy out could be done at .01 per share. There isn't much backing for INNX or QNXC to be worth 1.00 per share, or anything more the .01 for that matter.
