Neon Bloom is merging into this shell apparently

they are involved in mj and a other things. it's all quite nebulous right now until they file but if you check PIVN on otc the officers for Neon are listed there and the ceo already owns the shell.

it looks like they are going public through this shell and we are just waiting on an audit (lol) name change tier etc...

they were offering shares in a pre-ipo last fall @.48

read the rest of the board for the few scant details until they file etc...

until then we really don't know a ton of stuff but it looks interesting imo
