Looking for a private investment in growing CBD Hemp for 1 year. $2,000,000 investment for one year @ 20% interest plus 20% of the biomass produced in the first year. Additionally I would agree to an additional 10% of the biomass my farm produces the next 4 years. Investment would go towards buying land, equipment and seed, fertilizer for the first year. After the first year the investor would agree to sell the land and machinery back to me to eliminate his financial risk in this venture while keeping 10% interest in biomass produced on all additional acres that are in production on the farm for the next 4 years. Potential return for the first year would be $2,400,000 on the $2,000,000 initial investment depending on market price during harvest. I grew up on a farm and have been farming my whole life either on the family farm or working for others since college for the last 20 yrs.
