agree, NCB... RS was not ignored, but got overshadowed by the wonderful stream of NEWs we received... IMO, NASDAQ is a different ballgame and it needs LONGTERM investors and not fickle minded folks looking to make 2-3x overnight.... IMO, CEO wanted to get rid of all those short-term, OTC mindset folks... IMO, he now has few individual investors and many institutions that purchased BLOCK and BLOCK of shares are cheap PPS, post RS announcement...

WDBG is a different ballgame and IMO, will have NASDAQ mindset folks playing this game, ANY MINUTE from now...
