The shares have ZERO chance of "being safe". The law is the law. The equity cannot survive without ALL the debtors and creditors being 100% satisfied to what they are owed. Period.
And those same documents not only prove that only a couple of the creditors will receive anything, but state clear as day the common shareholders get NOTHING.
There is absolutely no question the common shares will be cancelled upon the conclusion of the bankruptcy.
