Anyone calling for more studies is just trying to block it. There have been plenty of studies. Though I'm not convinced people will be lighting up this year, nation wide. I do believe the ball will be rolling, and legislation on the books this year. There does not need to be a federal law that flat out legalizes it nationally, just deschedule and send to the states. That is not that difficult, and can happen within months. The support is there for this. It just needs to come up in a bill.
