That's not even close to being a true statement. There have not been any shares added (stated as a blanket statement). There has not been any dilution that anyone can speak of. The A/S was increased, but there has been zero dilution since then and no planned dilution. In fact, the only mention of dilution was the company stating that any future dilution would only be used for growth, not for current commitments...and they are working on non-toxic financing and paying off convertible notes.
