The stock got beat up at the end of 2018 due to debt conversions and end of year tax loss selling. I think the low volume now is due to the upcoming vote on January 31st. The stock price is in the dumps, but the company is progressing nicely.

There’s a lot going on behind the scenes and this has the potential to run at any time.
