This is very likely what’s going on. Unfortunately it has the feel of getting strung along unless all of these issues were raised at the same times, say, at the signing of the Term Sheet. The most recent ones make sense but how long ago did they apply for the extended patent protection? Could that have been applied for then granted in the time of Term Sheet signing (sometime in August) and when it was granted?

Who knows. But I agree Leo seems to be either addressing one or several with each new PR or he’s gilding the lily in order to beef up offers (assuming there’s competition).
