I would never try to defend his actions. I just know that when RNVA put things into their fins/reporting they mean exactly what they say. People do a dis service imho when they dismiss what's put into black and white. These companies mull every word of those reports to cover their bad behavior. I mean watch next week. People will still be buying and act surprise when the next R/S hits. I can't name all the times I've watched folks on these board be dismissive of the public record. Only to be proven wrong. Sad deal. But it can also be a lessons learned. It was for me.


If Seamus did as you say. They could indeed have some liabilities.. JMHO
