Update: I sent another email and received a response via email and a phone call.

Laughingfrogs stated that they sent my original order to my billing address by mistake. To clarify, my billing address is a P.O. Box in a different part of the state.

They apologized for the mistake and are sending a new shipment out on Tuesday.

Explanation and apology excepted on my part. Things happen. I am happy. Apparently, these guys are monitoring ihub.

As stated before, I will buy back in, but will be in a better position.
