DIAMOND..THAT IS EXACTLY THE RULE...it actually is a 60 window, 30 days before and 31 days after.

I was going to mention that this could very well happen here between 10/14 (30 days before the Q) through early December....and it may be a part of what is going on, but mostly think it is in fact MM's loading the baot for what's coming!
