Enviro-Serv Inc (EVSV)

This was my thinking yesterday when I saw the A/S didn't scale with the R/S. We all want EVSV to flourish and the recent events of the split are not taken well by most if not all of us right now. I will be holding to give EVSV a chance.

Fair being fair, I have seen many forward statements from companies and not a lot of them ever follow through on everything they tend to promise.

This is a scenario where EVSV management needs to prove to the shareholder base these questions, I find these 3 my bottom line:

1. Is there true value here?

2. Will funding excessively dilute the ticker? The 20 year chart for EVSV shows every time this ticker R/S, dilution took it back to trips. (It is okay to fail, but not learning from the same mistakes...)

3. EVSV is late to the party. Many other tickers have years of planning and a foot hold into this industry. Show us more of what your roles are going to be in the industries of your business. How does this make EVSV profitable?

What I would like:
Prove to me EVSV is a great company that makes planned business decisions with forward thinking. (until justified the 1:2000 R/S is strike one) If you do that you will gain a valuable asset to your company. A trusted long share holder. 80% of the stocks I own I am a long shareholder.

So... EVSV management EARN ME, and it is a privileged, to have me as a long shareholder.
