Nail on the head...they trade on an U.S. Exchange and yet have no contracts within the U.S. to date. That doesn't mean it can't be of value, but they need to secure a substantial contract in a FIRST world Country if they want to have a sustained increase in the SP via retail investors.

Sadly , even if they did PR such a scenario it would be an short lived PPS increase unless they can show revenues exceeding expenses. This one is too finicky due to dilution, therefore I will personally wait until something unfolds based on solid and continued performance rather than a conference exhibition.

Sure, they could try to force a short squeeze, but that would be short lived as well, unless they have something of REAL value that they have secured. Tic toc.
