Thanks for posting the letter. I've had the opportunity to read the letter. First thought came to mind was slander and unprofessional. This was a deliberate act by the writer to harm the stock. It appears that he went out of his way to harm the stock. That was very irresponsible.


What professional business man take it upon himself to write a public letter on a public company, degrading the company in the worst of ways and does it without fear and disclosing his identity at the same time. Why did he make it his business to post such a negative letter, knowing it would negatively impact the stock?

$CATV has every right to sue him for slander. His business is his company's and not what others do. I understand he was paid to do some research on the company, so he says. But that was to be shared by the individual(s) or company and not the public. So who gives him the right to discriminate such info on this company?

Hope the company issues a direct response to his letter cutting him deep to the heart. He went out of his way to publish some negative info on this company. Highly unusual and inappropriate for a professional to act in such manner.
