I think MH may try to play out the previous authorized share total to the
6 billion number -not sure exactly where PHOT is at with that .
It was at 3 1/2 billion ;but the offering expanded that and there are
obligations to conversion -which they have , The full offering acceptance would have taken it to 6 billion O/S ;but it was only less than 1/2
accepted -there have also been share giveaway deals since then .
When he reaches close to that point ,he can screw all the shareholders with the R/S and then is authorized to start all over again .

2nd option is to wait until pps gets to .03 - .035 (right now that looks like highly unlikely chance) -the offering had written into it a way to force all the buyers out at that level -then he could screw the holders

out and R/S to start all over again
