What's killed the PPS is patience or lack there of. The company has and will continue to deliver. But its not quick enough for many otc players. Yes, players because otc is a game not investing. Investing signifies long term. Players play the momentum or next hottest thing.

They company will close on the LOI, will submit filings, will become current, and will finalize the purchase of the farm.

The question is will there still be momentum to move the stock. It's not trip sellers selling out. Its players playing the game. But will they come back when the game resets on the catalysts.

I don't know, watch the action and judge for yourself. The company is being built ground up. My two cents...
