Obviously the shares stay intact..never once did they say shares would be cancelled..The activity in those CSCS documents..and others who have done tremendous DD here..is fantastic..Additionally, the parties involved aren’t perceived to take a vicious unconciencious approach in this matter...according to those documents..they even report the event is in “ the best interests of all stakeholders “..Losing 100 % of your investment is not in anyone’s best interests as some claim on this board... Show me $ 1.64...that’s what it’s worth...Buy it from us $ 1.64 ...FMV...Do our bidding and everyone is complacent...
