They had no choice but to propose the ability to do a RS and to issue shares when they did. You can’t wait until a week before the meeting. I never said that they are “so sure” about signing deals in time. Merely that it is a positive sign that deals are in discussion. I do not just assume that they will either happen in time or not happen at all. We will have to wait and see.
