GG, how would another RS help Delcath?

A reverse stock split has no inherent effect on the company's value, so the company's total market capitalization is the same after the reverse split.

They are already on the OTC so no chance of being delisted and with 1.01B Authorized Shares they still have plenty of shares left for raising capital if needed.
