Yeah, I've heard a lot about how restructuring the shares is going to be some kind of panacea, like changing 100 nickels into a 5 dollar bill is the cure for all the lies and grifts over the last 15 years. So, serious investors are going to take a second look at PSWS when the price is over a dollar and I have 27 shares in my portfolio. I can't wait.
