People keep reporting a split is going to happen soon but I haven’t seen much discussion on what people think that means for shareholder value. I would assume the posters are trying to imply it will destroy any remaining shareholder value. I couldn’t disagree more with that sentiment. I would welcome a reverse split but think it would be better timed for late 2019. But I could see them needing to get it done ASAP in coordination with the acquisition and financing that will be required. The company is nearly set to be able to hold the price post split. This is one of the few times I think a company is splitting for the right reason. Get the share structure resembling that of a functional company. Increase share price at a time that there are revenues about to be flowing so that new share price can be supported. Too many companies complete a split to artificially increase share price or manipulate share count to dump more shares. Here we would be splitting in coordination with an acquisition and events that will transform the operations and balance sheet. I don’t know I would add to my position pre-split because there will be some fluctuations when it begins trading at much higher price level. If you aren’t in already - start a half position now at .0002 and then add half 30 days post-split to allow time for price stability.
