New documents filed on PTAB Wednesday. Now we know why we haven't seen the brief from Bungie yet, it is sealed because it contains settlement talks. Also, they tried to include evidence in their brief and they are not allowed to submit any new evidence:

ORDERED that, in each captioned case, “Petitioner Bungie’s Brief on
Remand from CAFC” tentatively remains under seal;
FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner is authorized to file in each
case, within one week of this order, a motion to seal Petitioner’s brief on
remand; and
FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner is authorized to file in each
case, within one week of Patent Owner’s motion to seal Petitioner’s brief on
remand, an opposition to the motion.
