PSA data in 2 months,and a deal with Merck to pay,and pay for the phase 3. Ken can sweeten the deal by adding the HOT/PSA with it. I hope he`s smart enough to have read my emails,telling him to do just that. If you`re Merck,don`t you need to lock up both platforms for PSA,so no one jumps the HOT/PSA after you pay for Axal/PSA? Answer,heck yeah.Just knowing that Merck has to want both,any deal maker for Adxs should be able to deal from a position of strength,keeping that PSA/HOT tucked in their back pocket. HOT/PSA is Ken`s trump card. He should keep it in his back pocket,and pull it out when needed,when dealing with Merck on Axal/PSA. I wish I could help,because I`m good at negotiating.Best case for us would be if Merck got first right of refusal on the HOT/PSA,with the AXAL/PSA deal,but the HOT/PSA is here,and Merck knows about it,so it`s too late to really hide that we have something better in the works.
