I will receive 13,041,000 shares from the spinoff based on my shares at the time of the spinoff. Now, the fact that there were 1,624,197,000 shares of vgid on the date of record that will determine share structure:

Which means there will be at least 135,349,209 shares of LOFB just to satisfy the 1 for 12 spinoff. Throw in a few remaining shares from VLNX after the reverse split and then throw in a few more to build the business, Acquisitions, securing deals, Etc., and now we are at, just guessing here, somewhere in the neighborhood of 250 to 500 million shares AS and 200 million OS.
