Aphria would be smart to stop PR's concerning joint ventures, purchases and such and figure out what went wrong and clean some house. Aphria has good infrastructure bones but needs new captains to run this ship. The PR's put out since the scandal look like penny stock PR's after negative events imo. I would like to buy some shares but need to see an action plan in place first
