They will notice the new fins.

Even the old ones can justify about a .10 sp, but not without factoring in some future growth rate.

It also will take a little TIME to shake off the lower prices as the short term holders take profits.

If this jumps too quickly it will just be manipulated by the traders, but that's not all bad. For some it's the spice of life.
