Reverse split - this stock has been there & done that.
Notice that outstanding was about the same size it is now (officially that is) when they did a 2000/1 R/S.
Steven St.Louis retained preferred that allowed him to do this without the consent of retail shareolders.
Price was at about the same level too... And it was on November 15, 2010. It could happen any time. Steven St.Louis is still involved with ACGX.
